I love diners and never ever have problems until I came here. I ordered a BLT club which was $16. There eas hardly any bacon on it, so I asked for a couple more slices. You would think I asked for a million dollars. 3 people came out and explained there was 6 slices on it. NO.......there were 2 slices cut into 6. What ever happened to customer satisfaction. Won't step foot in there EVER again!!! $16 is highway robbery for what I got.

After many wonderful meals here I will not be patronizing Glenville queen any more. My mom added a side of pickled beets to our order, but she didn't like how it tasted and sent it back, was told it would be take off. At the register the manager had a horrible attitude telling us they we not a taste testing place and normally will not refund an order we didn't like , I've never had a restaurant treat me this way, I'm extremely insulted and won't be returning. I'm mad because all the rest of the staff is awesome and we love the food.

Food was delicious,reasonable price,friendly waitress &frequent coffee stops with quick response to requests. I like the little book exchange at the door& otherwise it is a traditional diner with some modern menu choices(a flight of avacadotoast!). Recommended!

First bad meal I've had here. I get it that the products and price points change. But it would be nice when ordering fried clams you actually tasted a clam. We had nachos as an appetizer. I wanted to say to the cook wake up, it's not the 1980's. Canned yellow warm cheese. Hard round chips and I think that was chili with beans. Did not finish either dishes and did not bring them home. Makes me sad.

Great diner for families. Order the "He-Man" 2 french toast, 2 eggs, bacon, sausage, and if you don't want the ham, you can get extra bacon or sausage. Excellent any time of day.
