Went there once and some extremely large woman I’m assuming the manager helped me, she was nasty rude and unprofessional, oh and lets nor forget the dirty counters or white floors that are currently black?! Oh and overheard talking inappropriately to an employee about their personal life and how she was adding too much sprinkles to an order?!? , learn to lower your voices, on that note- I highly recommend the carvel on portion rd, completely sanitary and extremely polite! 😉
I live in the area for many years this carvel is CHEAP the owner is nasty I will never go to this location again . I ordered from door dash and it was a joke my wife called asked why owner said it melted that’s not the case it was a horrible experience We paid 25 bucks for three scoops I should of took a picture. And other times we went there the women owner is straight up nasty . I will go to the Medford location for now on Were they are not cheap . .. I usually don’t...read full review
