The food is good. Restaurant is mostly always clean. There is little to no wait time, even with a long line. However, there's some issues with the online orders. They skimp out more on online orders, which is kind of annoying, so it's better to order in person. Other than that W location.

Parking: It's located in a plaza so there's plenty of parking.

The chipotle in Riverhead messed up our catering order twice. We had to come to this location to get it fixed and they gave us what we needed without any hassle. The workers were great!

Got the new chicken al pastor. Pretty good, but doesn't taste much different from the regular chicken. The service was great and friendly. The atmosphere was pretty good, one of the smaller chipotles I've been to, but still nice inside.
