I was on the drive thru today I ordered 2 jr hamburgers plain and a medium fry. I know better than to drive off and not check my order at this wendy's as they have made errors in my orders before but dumb of me i didn't bother to check. When I'm waiting at the light i reach in the bag for a fry there's no fries! I go back get my fries drive home, tell my daughter i got her wendy's she opens the burgers it's not even what I had ordered. They gave me somebody else's double cheese...read full review
There was a problem with my order, I didn't realize until I got home, but I live close. I went back and told them, they made the whole order fresh, not just the mistake, and threw in a large fry for free.. and I got to keep the first order.. really I should've checked the bag before I left the drive thru but it's easier to blame them
