“We absolutely love Energize Nutrition. They have what we are looking for- delicious healthy protein and energy packed Nutrition. We love their protein shakes as a meal replacement. Our favorite if you're wondering where to start are the banana nut bread with chocolate drizzle or the pumpkin pancake with caramel drizzle. For the energy teas there's so many. We really like the Peach Bellini, Maui Sunrise, Autumn Breeze, Apple Cider and the Blackberry Sangria. It's fun to change it up, never boring. We also take advantage of the grab and go protein snacks and banana caramel over night oats with fresh strawberries, blueberries and banana. Everything is well proportioned and we feel great with these healthy choices. We joined the gym and it's a great combo that's really working and helping us!“

“Absolutely loved this place!! Super friendly, clean and delicious. I had a tropical açaí bowl, kale shots and detox smoothie it was amazing!! My mom and I loved it. Everything was super fresh and tasty. We found out that they use no sugar in their drinks and everything is natural. Stop reading this and come try it for yourself already!!“

“Sobol is a fantastic restaurant! The Sobol in Port Jefferson is amazing. The staff and manager are so sweet. They always make our bowls and smoothies perfect and if there is ever an issue they fix it. Love to give business to them.“

“Hands down, Best protein shakes on the island. Honestly can’t be compared, only thing that comes close is smoothie king and the closest one is in Manhattan. Salad so fresh it doesn’t even need dressing, once you start chomping down you’ll forget to put dressing on it. Great selection of supplements, best brands on the market are found here. Let’s not forget the snacks. If you like protein bars then you know how hard it is to find ones that are healthy and actually tasty. You don’t have to worry about that here, I’ve yet to eat a protein bar from this place and put it down. Lastly, the European coffee they use is top brand in Europe. There isn’t a coffee shop in Europe without that emblem (illy) in their windows. Great place, great service, great people, great food, great coffee, great shakes, and great products. “Having been diagnosed with Parkinson's last year, I was directed to Organically Connected by a friend in San Diego & found it as well stocked as any CBD shop that I visited in California. It's got between 20 - 30 varieties of flowers & a mind boggling variety of gummies, oils & pre-rolls. I can move easily & speak clearly in a much more effectively than I have with just dopa drugs. The Delta 8 kush in particular which in comparison to the Gummies is like comparing oatmeal to cherrios.“

“Casual dining spot, welcoming atmosphere with friendly service. Tried the lemongrass tofu vermicelli bowl which was good (8/10). The grilled chicken garlic noodles were not what we expected, more cheesy than saucy but pretty good (7/10). The banh mi fries were good especially covered in sauce which was delicious. Also tried the potato twist which was a little bland on its own but great with sauce. I had the passion fruit tea which I enjoyed and my girlfriend liked her hazelnut mocha Vietnamese iced coffee.“

“This was my first time visiting this Ralph's location. I was greeted with a very pleasant hi, welcome to Ralph's! It's owner was there and she was wonderful. The store was clean and had so many different options. I took my time and ordered something for everyone in my family. The owner was great and I didn't feel rushed and they helped me by recommending some of the wonderful flavors to offer. They offer ices, cream ices, soft serve and sundaes. Would recommend this location to others looking for a cool treat on a hot day!“

“My daughter really enjoys the Boba tea and asks to go here frequently. It's not my thing, but the service is polite and the prices seem reasonable.

Parking: Parking is accessed through the lot off of Quaker Path. The lot that is off of 25A is for DJ's Crab Shack. The lot is shared with two other restaurants, so it can be a bit tight. Kung Fu Tea has a spot or two marked all the way by the fence, but there do not seem to be any enforced restrictions on which restaurant gets what spot.“

I see another review bashing them for being young but I can’t relate. I’ve actually walked in on grown adults screaming at them for stupid little things like not enough bananas in a bowl or another time because an customer expected them to read his mind and give him a specific container. There's often a line but for good reason, and it's only a short wait because they are able to process the orders very efficiently :)“
