I had a gift card, a card for $5 off my purchase and I needed a gluten free bun. The worker immediately got the manager who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite to literally everyone who was coming in and leaving. Everything got figured out and the food was DELICIOUS
Tried their plain crinkle cut fries for the first time. They were one of the worst I've ever had. Very starchy and almost undone. Also tried a shake for the first time. Plain vanilla shake just to get a feel for the baseline. Smaller size than expected and was just meh. I'll just stick to their burgers for now.
