I go here every day for coffee! I am addicted to Dunkin Donuts coffee, I cannot lie. However, today, it was a TERRIBLE experience. I accidentally ordered at this location, I meant to order at the newer Dunkin out by the thruway so I ordered my mobile order for drive thru. BIG MISTAKE. I thought that I would be able to go in and just get my drive thru order but nope. I waited 5 minutes, no one even acknowledged me. Not once. And like I said, I order a mobile order every day. So...

Staying the weekend in the area and we went to this Duncan and let me say, AWESOME SERVICE! It’s been awhile (we hit a lot of different Duncan’s between here and Watertown ny) and this one got our order perfect!! Whole crew who worked 5/24/24 at 11am deserve a damn award!! If I lived here I would be here daily.
