Our Ramen soups were delicious, fresh, affordable, good portions and a decent variety of options on the menu. Their ramen is always welcome on these windy cold nights. The only criticism I have of the restaurant is that they should trim the bushes around the sign by the road because they basically cover the sign and it's easy to miss the restaurant

Ichi Sushi & Ramen is an absolute gem! From the moment I took my first bite, I felt like I was back in one of the amazing restaurants I've visited in Japan. The sushi and rolls are crafted with incredibly fresh ingredients and taste absolutely excellent. Each piece was a perfect balance of flavor and texture.
But the ramen... the ramen is simply amazing. The broth is rich and complex, the noodles have the perfect chew, and the toppings are generous.

Fairly priced menu with lunch and dinner specials that are a great deal of food for the price. All rolls and meals we got had great portions and delicious. The dinner bento boxes come with shumai, rice, a meat of choice, California roll, miso soup, and the garden salad all for $19-$22. Service is just okay, may have to wave someone down but everyone is nice and helpful. During rush hour parking may be limited. Would definitely come back and would recommend coming for lunch based...
