Been going here my whole life, even though I don’t live in the area anymore I always make sure to get a meal or two there when I visit. Best diner in town by far, best hospitality I have ever experienced. When I recommend it to people they always say how amazing it is and how nice everyone there is. Perfect spot day and night
For the locals... if you are looking for a GREAT place to eat you have to go to setauket Village Restaurant Diner (in the wild by nature shopping center) you are greeted like you're a celebrity by the owner Constantine aka "Gus" who is a jolly wonderful person. You are given bow tie antipasta and coleslaw to start and FILTERED water free of charge. The mozzarella sticks are crispy and melt in your mouth. The Ruben and French dip is decadent! The service is amazing...
