Brimstone Bakery in Sharon Springs offers a warm, homey vibe with a lovely café and garden setting. It serves a rich mix of sweet and savory baked goods—from breakfast pastries and sandwiches to cookies, cakes, and gluten-free treats—highlighted by house-made preserves and pastries that feel truly handcrafted. The owner, Anthony Leberto, emphasizes quality ingredients and thoughtful service (like accommodating gluten-free guests). And don’t miss the brioche pecan sticky buns, a much-loved Saturday specialty.

Upon ringing out, the gentleman took my brownie pack back and traded it for another. He said that I should get this other kind. I didn’t say anything, was bewildered. It was my go to place traveling but will take it off my list to visit now. He also was very bossy to the other employees as well.
Still wish you best of luck!!! You lost a customer here though and free marketing for those who also travel your way.

Had brunch outside a few days ago. The setting is magical and the food is delicious. Saturday you can order one of their famous sticky buns!

We were visiting from out of town, looking for breakfast. As bakery owners ourselves, we can be harsh critics. This bakery is fantastic! We had the scone-wich breakfast sandwich -- the combination of red onion and homemade scone really set the taste apart from the standard McMuffin offerings. We also split the spinach mushroom hand pie. The only mistake here was our decision to split it and not get 2 -- the crust (we were told involved cream cheese) and the filling were delicious. Highly recommend!

A friend got me a birthday cake from you with lemon frosting. It was light and not overpowering. Would recommend!

Lovely little gem with great atmosphere. Garden setting with relaxing music to offset any road noise that filters through the privet hedge. So glad I sought it out.

Looks and tastes like beginners home ec classes.
We ordered a catered dinner from Brimstone during our stay at a nearby rental for a group of 10+ people. The food was excellent as was the communication, service, and thoughtfulness of the menu. Really appreciated the seamless accommodations to specific dietary requests as well as the most wonderful deserts to accompany the meal. Very grateful to have found them, I would fully recommend for catered services as well as wonderful breakfast selection in the store. Thank you!
