Went on a Saturday for lunch. I I enjoyed the food. They had a good variety to choose from. They had a good beer and wine menu and drink specials. My waitperson was very good. The tree in the lobby has a nice story about it.Vegetarian options: Salad and baby bakers.
My little family of 5 went there for dinner after driving 6 hrs to get to the area. We were tired, hungry, and my kids were rammy and energetic. When we pulled in I could tell it was going to be a cool experience. Walking into the restaurant you are welcomed by giant tree trunk from floor to ceiling. The decor reminds me of the movie Road House but if the movie was for families. My boys liked the sports, and hunting wall icons. We loved it. The staff is just as incredible....read full review

The fried fish was good and crispy without being greasy, and the potato soup was yummy. The French silk pie was just too heavy and creamy for me, but I tried the coconut cream my friend ordered, and liked that filling much better! Others in my group were not as pleased with some of their meals. I liked the rustic and cozy atmosphere and decor, but the live music made it too loud to have any conversations, so we didn't enjoy that too much!
