“Ordered for pick up & when I got there, 2 customers were waiting at the p/u area and 2 were waiting to order. So not crazy busy for a Sunday morning at 10:30. Customers ordering at the register were waited on promptly. The other couple and I were not even acknowledged. Other to go orders were packed up and while there were 3 people we could tell were working up front only 1 stayed up front to pack another order- while the 3 of us were still standing there waiting for our orders which were sitting on the back counter, ready. Not on the pick up counter. It took me speaking up to even be noticed. Surely enough that was my order that had been sitting there the whole time. And finally the other couple got theirs as well. Please acknowledged when someone is standing there, on either side. Kindly tell the other person you'll be with them shortly. Then everyone feels seen and their food doesn't get cold while hanging out unable to be picked up.

Also, unless you're across the street and able to see the awning, it's not really easy to see your shop. No signage on the front door if coming from New Middletown direction on the same side of the street.“

“Shannon was an absolute sweetheart. So cozy and decorated so cute inside. My wife and I only ever had frozen Shepards pie and pre prepared shepherds pie from Costco, after ordering it Shannon was so nice she even cut it in half and served it split to my wife and I. She offered us samples of her chili and soups, absolutely phenomenal as well. The shepherds pie felt like Shannon was my grandmother, and I was over her house for dinner. You can tell all the ingredients are obviously fresh, and Shannon cares a lot about what she does. I genuinely felt like I was eating at my/ or someone's grandmother's house. Nothing but positivity all the way. We also couldn't pass up on the key lime pie and smores cookie. The key lime pie was absolutely phenomenal. The smores cookie bought me back to my childhood like in boyscouts or camping with family/friends. I will always support and enjoy friendly local owned businesses, Shannon's pies are extremely tasty and well detailed and she was even telling me about how she gets to her shop at 2am and starts making everything, and it shows she pours her dedication and love right into those pies. We wish we had multiple stomachs to taste everything, she has pulled pork pies, chicken pot pies, obviously the shepherd pies, mac and cheese pies, quiche, cookies, cakes, dessert fruit pies and much more. 10/10 all the way. “The first time here and the pizza was amazing! My mother got a calzone that was about the size of half of a pizza, and I had a Sicilian slice and a Buffalo chicken with veggies slice, and both were excellent! Highly recommend!! “As I travel all over I love finding places like this, and honestly I never found a place like this. I would just go there just to talk with Bonnie. She was such a pleasure to be around. Amazing that she has created this wonderful place in this small town for the locals to come and enjoy. You can tell she has put her heart and soul into every bite for you to enjoy. Bring a friend and have a coffee and a snack or pick up a small box to take home and enjoy.

I picked up an assortment of all the basic good things to try and they were definitely good. I had no idea what it was or how to pronounce it but the way it was executed in such a detailed way that it wasn't just a little cookie. It was a cookie that melted in your mouth (so if you have little to no teeth then you are in luck) with hints of chocolate, jam, and a cream filling. You can tell Bonnie takes her time with these. If you are also thinking these cookies are too sweet and can easily overload on them...you won't! These aren't super sugary American cookies and treats, these are a real bite of Europe!“
