Ordered coffee and hash browns. The order took more than 15 minutes and it wasn't even crowded. I had to go to the washroom so i left and in that time the order was ready and they claimed to have put it out. So i come back and realize it was stolen. How can you not cross check with the receipt??? Absolute bafoonery. Then the lady worker gave so much attitude. After 10 more minutes she gave burnt hashbrowns and just put a coffee without even a number on it and didn't even bother announcing the order name. The worst experience at a Dunkins ever.

Hours say 24hours. I made the online order for a large cold brew coffee. And was made to wait 25 min till 5am till the lady working said they opened. The hours where just confirmed 2 weeks ago by the business at the time of this review. I’m a truck driver on a schedule. She would not give me a refund so I was pretty much forced to wait till they “opened” at 5am to get a coffee that takes 30 seconds to make. She then didn’t make it correct, by only putting 4 out of the 6 pumps of caramel that I asked for. I asked her to please add the 2 pumps of caramel, and she told me I would have to pay for the 2 pumps. I told her I already paid for the 2 extra pumps on the app, being as I ordered it online, and the drink is only supposed to come with 4, it says on my receipt “6pumps” and she tried to argue with me. I just left. Totally ridiculous

So the Coffee was perfect, if you need coffee look nowhere else. But when ordering food don't expect much. I ordered a few bagels for the family (around 3pm) and each bagel was lacking the one thing I wanted, BUTTER. The jelly for the Jelly Bagel wasn't even put on. I had to do it myself, which meant pulling over and doing it in the car.
They also don't accept the same deals that EVERY Dunkin' has, so you will be paying a lot more.
So overall, maybe just hit a different store if you're looking for food specifically.
