I was very disappointed today. I spent almost $130 dollars today and had to do a charge on my card twice (fees). I am handicapped and asked for help putting everything in my car but she said that the 1st spot was too far for her to walk. Another customer helped me. Yes food is excellent but no customer service

This is the bakery i've gone to while growing up. I love everything about it.And if you need any kosher pastries or you need any cakes or cookies. This is your place.You can find so many creative items.The staff is extremely friendly and everything is delicious. Whether you're a local or a first time visitor I highly recommend using this as your bakery.

Me and my boyfriend visited Alpine this week and I can’t say that I was Impressed. The desserts just didn’t take fresh .. I tried the rainbow cookies and a Biscoff cupcake. I had a marzipan, and my boyfriend had a vanilla butter cookie. And we did not finish any of them. I was really excited to try this bakery, but unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype.

I’ve been a loyal Alpine customer for over 20 years and usually love their cakes, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I ordered a custom cheesecake for my father-in-law’s 90th birthday, scheduled for pickup at 10:00 AM. I wasn’t able to get there until 11:00, but even then the cake still wasn’t ready—I had to wait until 11:30.
When the cake was finally brought out, I was shocked to see a large chunk missing from the back. The staff seemed just as surprised and offered to cover it with flowers, which I accepted only because I was pressed for time. On top of that, the cake box was ripped, and later at the party I saw that the edible photo on top was full of air bubbles which the cake didnt have when they showed it to me at the store but 30 minutes later when removed from the box they were there and it looked extremely unprofessional.
I reached out privately to the bakery over a week ago to share my concerns before posting here, but never received any response. Imagine not caring enough to at least respond. Sorry Alpine that speaks volumes. They dont need my business nor care if they lose a longtime customer. This was a milestone celebration, and it was heartbreaking to have such an important cake turn out this way. I truly hope Alpine takes this feedback to heart, because I have always enjoyed their products in the past.
PS if you think the picture looks like something spilled on it those are the spots where we tried to press down the big bubbles which only made it worse....

We had our wedding cake made here. Great experience from start to finish, tasting box helped us pick our flavors (and was delicious unlike many wedding cakes) and for design we sent them a reference picture and they implemented it expertly. Tasted great, looked great, even guests who don't usually like cake in general loved it. We also ordered some pastries and those were also incredible as usual (guests asked us where we got them from). 11/10 would get married again just to get another cake

Alpine never disappoints. I purchased a chocolate cake with raspberry and chocolate filling decorated beautifully for fall, in addition to a dozen delicious cupcakes. I was also able to pick up number candles as well. Everything was delicious.

Employees have a real nasty attitude, and their food isn’t worth that price. Never going back and will definitely tell people not to go.
Place has good pastry but they are cheap with the staff you'll be in there 25 minutes just to get service. Hire more people.
