I’ve ate a bec every morning for the past 24 years of my life and this place was the worst bec tasted like I was licking in between my grandmas toes. Bacon trash egg was dry bagels burnt only thing good is the claw

Watched an employee go into bathroom with gloves on come out of bathroom go back around counter with the same pair of gloves and proceed to make peoples food. Another employee was handling money and food not changing gloves once place is disgusting wasted 30 dollars had to go to a clean place around the corner

I've had a few sandwiches here from time to time. Last week I called and asked if they had baked salmon. The person who answered didn't understand what I meant so he handed the phone to another person. I asked again and she said yes. Then I said not salmon salad and she verified that they indeed had baked salmon.I drove there and was waited on by a spanish woman. I stressed that I wanted baked salmon and not salad. She says ok then proceeds to make me a sandwich with lox on it. I saw her do it and asked her if she just gave me lox on the sandwich and she says yes. WHAT? Did I ask for lox? She says no, so why did you give me lox? DUMB STARE! Then assumes I don't want anything else?? I said I want ham & Swiss on a roll, light on the mustard. She replies "brown mustard?, yes but not a lot I say. She makes the sandwich then says I don't owe anything. The sandwich you just made costs $7.77 and I just paid $8.92 and I figured she has no clue what she is doing and just sat down to eat. Open the sandwich and BOTH sides are slathered with mustard to the point it was leaking out from all sides. The roll was saturated and I threw out half of the roll. NEVER again!Hire people that can speak and understand ENGLISH enough to know what they are serving!

Best thing is they are open 24 hours. Bagels are great quality and many are hot out of the oven (ask them which ones). Staff is quick and friendly.

Tonight the service is worse the lady be rude she didn't understand that I was asking her for a bacon egg and cheese with crispy bacon.I also wanted coffee with vanilla and she said their was no vanilla and that she couldn't sell me the coffee.I also wanted to order a plain corn muffin and she said their was no more corn muffins.I regularly go here and with 2 bagels and 2 large coffees and their always $14 but today with no drinks it was $20.After I payed for the bagel she get looking at me thinking I was going to give her a tip. Extremely nice to the male customers but with another women Extremely snappy with me.My bagels were cold and the bacon that I wanted crispy were raw and still pale.Really disappointed with this place.

Went there at 6:30am yesterday. Both people working were friendly and attentive. Excellent egg sandwich with very well done bacon cooked perfectly.(I am very picky about how I like bacon)Premade wraps looked fresh and delicious. Will be back!!
