I came in to order a 3 scoop sundae. The girl that helped me made the sundae very large. While she was putting on the whipped cream, the manager screamed out that she shouldn't use so much. We got to the counter and they tried to charge me in excess of $18 for the sundae. When questioning this, the manager chimed in and started to say that I have more than 3 scoops of ice cream, etc. I told her that I am only paying for what I asked for, and she adjusted the charge to $9.22, but not without insulting and telling me that I need an education. I will never come to this location again. The obnoxious and arrogant treatment of patrons is truly unconscionable. What a miserable experience. Also, my sundae wasn't even that good.

I walked in and it was already tense. The cashier had a tude when I got to the counter because she had to open the register again. When she scooped my ice cream, I noticed splatters everywhere. As if they keep dropping scoops and not cleaning. So of course there’s cross contamination from one bucket of ice cream to the next. They didn’t even pick up what was splattered when they scooped my ice cream. I also noticed some cones in the containers of ice cream in the case as if they went to scoop ice cream for someone onto a cone and the cone broke (which happens!) but they made no effort to pick those broken cones up. My ice cream was grainy and tasted off, as if it had melted and was refrozen.

Went in tonight, Saturday, 8/26/23 at about 8:45 PM to pick up a container of ice cream. Wanted to get pralines and cream, and they didn’t have any in the pre-packed. So I asked for some to be packed from the tubs. I had asked for the size small but apparently they didn’t have cups that size and so I accepted the larger portion. When the young lady packed the ice cream for me, she informed me that she didn’t have a cover that would fit. She said there were some clear sundae covers but she said she didn’t know how to get them to go on the regular large containers. But that we were welcome to do that ourselves. She said that if we needed a cover for it, she would have to go downstairs to get the correct covers. I said “fine go downstairs to get them and please put the icecream back in the freezer until she came back. She gave me the dirtiest look you can imagine. It was not my imagination. Anyhow, she comes back a few minutes later and they don’t have those covers downstairs. It never occurred to her to offer to put the ice cream into smaller sundae containers that did have covers. So she was sending me out with an open container of ice cream. I asked if I could at least have a bag. She gave me one and left with my purchase. so they didn’t have small containers but they had small covers and they had regular containers but they didn’t have regular covers. Honestly, I wouldn’t make a big deal if she didn’t give me such a dirty look when she offered to go downstairs and iI asked her if she would. It doesn’t seem like that big a deal. But I’m not going back. Why can’t they just make it easy to make the purchase instead of having to negotiate packaging? I wanted a small with a cover, and I left with a large with no cover.

I ordered an ice cream cake with a photo on it for my son's 30th birthday. I went to pick up the cake for the party (the day before), When they showed it to me I said "Are you kidding me? That looks like Sh_t! The quality was similar to when you are printing on a printer that has run out of ink. The green grass was bright blue, the driveway pink and he looked like a purple child. The snotty (late teen-20's) girl behind the counter announced that they order then from somewhere else and they weren't going to do it over. She then said "He's like a 7 year old kid. He should be happy his face is on a cake." SERIOUSLY?????? Trying not to be a "Karen" but was clearly not going to take this ugly cake for $72. She told me there was no manager on duty and that I would have to come back the next day, Easter Sunday. I returned the next day and the manager, "Tina" agreed that the cake was unacceptable and would get me a refund "on Monday". No call, no refund, no accountability. This place sucks.

Everytime I go there they're out of ice cream ! Not all but a lot. Dirty too. If you're going to sell ice cream make sure you have enough to sell

This place is terrible. Every time I've pre-ordered online from these Ladies they have not had it ready for pick-up despite ordering well in advance of my arrival. 10 mornings over 2 weeks they've gotten the order wrong 6 times. Same order every morning before rush, and they still mess it up.
