I came in to order a 3 scoop sundae. The girl that helped me made the sundae very large. While she was putting on the whipped cream, the manager screamed out that she shouldn't use so much. We got to the counter and they tried to charge me in excess of $18 for the sundae. I walked in and it was already tense. The cashier had a tude when I got to the counter because she had to open the register again. When she scooped my ice cream, I noticed splatters everywhere. As if they keep dropping scoops and not cleaning. So of course there’s cross contamination from one bucket of ice cream to the next. Went in tonight, Saturday, 8/26/23 at about 8:45 PM to pick up a container of ice cream. Wanted to get pralines and cream, and they didn’t have any in the pre-packed. So I asked for some to be packed from the tubs. I had asked for the size small but apparently they didn’t have cups that size and so I accepted the larger portion.
