I always loved The Garden Grill. We went on 11/15 and were a party of six. We had a nice table in the fireplace room. My dinner, Mediterranean Salmon was disappointing. Two of us at the table had the same. The salmon was maybe a 6” long by 1” wide portion. Never in any restaurant was I served such a tiny slice. It was very overcooked and dry. Could not even finish it. It was almost as if they were short on salmon and had to ration to portion. The rest of the dish was fine. If not for the good company and ambience I would have given a lower rating, however I will be back again but not for the salmon.
This place was wonderful. It has a little bit of everything, romantic rooms for dining, and entertainment in another room. The entire place is Victorian and beautiful. The food was great. I had the short ribs. Yummy. Definitely going back.
Very nice restaurant, nice decor, tables well spaced away from each other to allow plenty of privacy. The service was very good and so were the prices, the food was another story. The grilled octopus was just about uneatable, tough and chewy to say the least, I had a hard time to even cut it with a serrated knife, the sauce on the side was ok. For main course I had the risotto with shrimps and fresh baby arugula, the shrimps were good, but the risotto way overcooked, it was like a soup. The Italian cheesecake was way too old and tasteless and the carrot cake uneatable. Coffee was ok.
Such a beautiful restaurant; where each room makes you feel cozy. The food is excellent. I had the bbq ribs - amazing! My husband loved the Weiner Schnitzel. He really enjoyed it.
I chose The Garden Grill to celebrate the birthday of a special friend. There were six of us and we were seated at a round table as I had requested so we could see each land chat. All of us thought our meals were delicious. Robert was our server and he was efficient and charming, especially singing happy birthday. We all had a great time enjoying a wonderful meal in a beautiful setting. Susan
I’ve been there many times so I love it but what happened was I went on Saturday with a friend it was absolutely awful. I ordered filet mignon and a side order of shrimp scampi The fillet mignon was the toughest I’ve ever had. I can’t believe it was fillet mignon. You couldn’t even cut it or chew it then I had coffee for dessert. Coffee was absolutely ice cold very disappointed.

We never got to eat our dinner. They messed up our reservation and after waiting 45 minutes for a table we walked out and went somewhere else.
Waiter. Awful. Worst waiter I think we’ve ever had. Actually mean. Table of 7 - he would have received a great tip! Oh well

The ambience was exceptional, the menu was diverse and the service was terrific. I would recommend the Garden Grill to anyone.
Mediocre. Sea bass was overcrusted, risotto was not authentic. Nearby table was so loud, we couldn't maintain conversation.

We requested a quiet room and it was perfect! There was a Trio playing in another room which was nice background music. Not too loud! Service was excellent and we had a wonderful dinner!
Always tasty food and drinks that never disappoint. The place is very clean and comfortable, with a fun, family-oriented atmosphere. Perfect for any age—solo, couples, or groups. There’s live music almost every day, adding to the lively vibe! Owner/bartender Rob has a fantastic personality—very caring and professional—and the staff are very nice and friendly, creating an uplifting and welcoming energy. Hands down, this is a place you truly can’t miss!

We reserved a table in the Victorian Room, but upon arrival, we were told that the room was closed. We reserved that table specifically because it was our anniversary and it was the first room we ate in 19 years ago, so it was a special room for us. The food was as good, as it always is. The server, Jackie, was wonderful. The music was a bit loud but was turned down a little upon request. Overall, it was a good experience, just a little disappointed that we couldn't sit where we reserved.
