My husband and I were celebrating our 48th anniversary. The staff couldn't be any nicer. They had an anniversary note on the table for us, and two glasses of Prosecco for a toast. Food was absolutely delicious. Our waiter Tom made some great recommendations and he was absolutely right. Definitely would go back again.
Food and service, as always, were excellent. Truly enjoy our time at H2O. Front desk and waitstaff are always so accommodating. Highly recommend.
We love H2O and it didn't disappoint! Food was delicious and our waiter Shawn was a pleasure!
Excellent server. Handled small issue with entree perfectly and even took off the bill. They know how to keep the customer happy and coming back.

We visited for our anniversary and, while the service—especially from Eli—was excellent, we were very disappointed with the food. The Beef Wellington was not cooked properly and lacked the rich flavor we've experienced at places like Teller's in Bay Shore and the Irish Coffee Pub in East Islip. The seafood wonton also had little flavor, and the sushi roll was less impressive than what we've had at even basic sushi spots. For a restaurant with a reputation like H2O's, we expected much more in terms of quality and flavor. It was especially disappointing on such a special occasion.
Went for my wife's birthday. Did not put that information in the reservation initially, but updated a few hours before the reservation time. I asked that dessert be brought with a lit candle. Not only was the request honored, but every member of the staff interaction ensured that my wife's birthday was recognized. This included a birthday card with a $25 voucher for a future meal. This was beyond my expectations & definitely means H2O will be part of the birthday dinner rotation. In addition to making my wife's day special, everything from the service to the food was top notch: the popovers, the appetizers, the entrees, dessert & cocktails. It was all gourmet quality without pretension & I don't think with really gourmet prices. It's not a typical weekday meal for us, but I've paid a lot more $ for restaurants that were certainly no better & often much worse than what I experienced at H20. Bravo for an all-around great experience!
Our waiter Steve was great, celebrated my wife's Birthday and received a free 25 dollar gift card for another visit.
We had the 3 course dinner for $59. The moule et frites and warm goat cheese salad. I thought that my swordfish with couscous in a cream sauce was perfect and my wife enjoyed her filet of sole oreganata. The desserts were ginormous and the Strawberry Sundae and Juniors Chocolate Fudge cake were perfect.
was a nice dinner outside. they had a wine sale which we have never seen there and was a wonderful surprise. Service and food were wonderful. very enjoyable evening.

We always go to H20 for our special occasions. The food never disappoints and the service is excellent. We just brought our grown daughter for the first time and she cleaned her plate! A rare thing, indeed. Be prepared to pay for their incredible popovers, but don't miss the opportunity for a special treat. Go!
We decided to go out to dinner tonight to celebrate life. My husband is a survivor of the 9/11 tragedy. He was in the 2nd building on the 54th floor & miraculously survived. We love seafood & H20 has the best!
We celebrated our wedding anniversary at H20, and it was such a special experience. We chose H20 because we wanted a mix of seafood and sushi, and it delivered. From the start, the service was impeccable. At our table, there was a handwritten note wishing us a happy anniversary, and we were greeted with complimentary champagne—a thoughtful touch. Our server was attentive and really took care of us throughout the night. For drinks, I went with the cocktail tree, which comes with three martinis: lychee, signature, and espresso. Each one was delicious, with fun details like cotton candy on the lychee and a Swedish fish in the signature martini. Both leaned on the sweeter side (perfect for me!), but my favorite was definitely the espresso martini. We ordered a popover to try since they're quite large—our server suggested we stick with just one to start. Honestly, I could have skipped it. It was crispy on the outside but not as satisfying as I had hoped. From the prix fixe menu, I had the Montauk roll and my husband had oysters, and we also ordered the tuna poke nachos à la carte. The roll was just okay, but my husband really enjoyed the oysters and all the condiments. The tuna poke nachos were a standout—crispy chips, super fresh tuna, and great flavor. For mains, I had the surf and turf while my husband had the branzino. He loved his fish, but I didn't enjoy my entrée. The filet wasn't as tender as I expected, and the grilled lobster felt a bit overcooked. For dessert, my husband had the affogato and I had the crème brûlée. Both were excellent, though I was too full to finish mine. As we were wrapping up, our server surprised us with a $25 gift card and thanked us for choosing H20 to celebrate. Such a classy gesture! Overall, while not every dish was a standout, the service, ambiance, and highlights like the cocktails, appetizers, and desserts made the night memorable. We'll definitely be back.
I had the worst meal and service at H2O. The waiter forgot about us, he forgot our appetizer and got my wife's order wrong. His name was Rob.

As a professional charter fishing boat Captain, I set the bar very high for seafood restaurants. H2O consistently exceeds my expectations for freshness and taste. Capt. Mike Bady
