I haven't been there in over a year. I was a bit surprised that the poppem that used to come in a basket are now an appetizer for two dollars each. The tornado roll was not as good as it was a year ago. The fish that was ordered, clams, etc. was extremely fresh. The menu has changed, but it become more limited. They have reduced sushi rolls.
Very good service and delicious food. The sushi was fresh and tasty, and the Beef Wellington was as flavorful as on previous occasions. Our family was very pleased with the meal, and enjoyed sitting at the outdoor fire pits afterwards
Steve was Andy fabulous serve. Very attentive and knowledgeable on the menu. Bartenders recommended a great bottle of wine. Food was delicious, grand sushi platter and cowboy rolls were fresh and delicious.
A formerly great place now just "ok". Prices way up (almost $30 for a single not very large crab cake), service is down (popovers were a freebie for decades, now they don't come and I found out too late you have to order them now). Just left feeling squeezed and pretty unsatisfied, a shame after coming here for at least 20 years, probably my last time.

Me and my friend ordered a bottle of wine and two sushi' rolls and two popovers. I never seem to have a problem when I go here actually enjoy the ambience and the quality of food Unfortunately, the server rang us up for a different sushi rolls that she put in wrong and they were expensive never was changed on the bill. Also I gave the manager a ten dollar card for OpenTable. Which was never deducted from the bill but they used it cause it says zero now. So overall twenty bucks was owed to me for overcharge of two rolls and the ten dollar gift card. I looked the receipt when we got home cause it was always the same price and I couldn't figure it out when we were there. I just wanted to go home after waiting so long to pay the bill. Very disappointed for the Bolsen Group. I would like to be refunded that would be greatly appreciated.
Lobster ravioli, popovers, & calamari were great. Great service. The scallops with puffed rice... The scallops didn't taste fresh, & that rice should not be on the menu, too crunchy.
Consistently great seafood, my daughter loves the oysters. They have nice delmonico steak, mashed potatoes and the Brussels sprouts are fantastic.

We went back again because the last time we were there we had a bad experience and the owner sent us $150 gift card to go back and try it again. We went for our anniversary. The girl who checked us in wished us a happy anniversary, which was very nice. Our waitress never went over any of the specials, so we ordered off the menu, as we were waiting for our food the waiter helping the table behind us, started rattling off the specials of the day, and my wife just looked at me like why weren't we offered the specials. I ordered surf and turf, the filet mignon was very chewy, not buttery as it should be. My lobster had no taste. My wife ordered the swordfish, and she said that it was OK. Just not the experience we remember at this restaurant from the past, seems like things have changed. I know things are tough for all restaurants now, with costs, and what not, but there is no excuse for poor service, oh waitress, never even asked us if we would like another cocktail, we did not stay for dessert, we had it elsewhere. Please do not forward the info to the owner as I do not want to see anybody get in trouble. We just will just stay away in this particular restaurant in the future.
Good was delicious. My husband and I split the Wedge salad to start, then we each had a speciality sushi roll. Waitress was very nice and friendly. The place was packed, which is great, but there was no parking. We had to park in the veterinarian place a few doors down.
We arrived early for our reservation for five and were seated promptly outside. They knew we were celebrating our 51st anniversary and very graciously sent over two glasses of champagne for us. After our kids arrived our server Emily made sure everybody had what they needed and was very attentive throughout the meal. The food was absolutely delicious and it was a perfect night to have an anniversary dinner outside. Thank you all very much. Our go to place!

Wonderful food as always. We had a fabulous server Eric. Portions were more than ample. Food quality was excellent, creative and well prepared. Food came out hot and timed very well. Delicious Korean wings, baked clams, crabcake (no filler). Fish was fresh for main courses. Fabulous strawberry shortcake sundae with vanilla bean gelato and homemade whipped cream. I highly recommend this restaurant. Consistently good.

Once again, H2O did not disappoint. It is always my go to restaurant for every occasion. This time, the Poke Tuna Nachos and Grand Sushi Platter were real standouts. Service was impeccable. Love this place!!!
Food was good. Our waiter would disappear and we had to wait for him often . He was a good waiter . I think the problem was not enough service staff . One guy who wasn't our waiter was very rude when we couldn't find our table s waiter to ask to clear the table
Service and food were amazing . Our waiter, Eric, , was not only polite and professional, but went out of his way to make sure that my daughter, who has celiac disease, was taken care of and all her food prepared properly. , one of my favorite restaurants in Smithtown.
The food and service were up to par, excellent as always and very consistent. Unfortunately the cost of a meal for two people with no alcohol and one dessert, including a 20% tip was $175. This seems to be the new normal as costs have risen since covid. These meals have become the exception vs the rule for us and where we would fine dine during the week more frequently, we find ourselves saving it for special occasions.
