I took a week to reflect but overall my guest and myself agree the party was horrible. One of the hostess was rude to the kids all between ages 2-5. She was rude to more than one. I wasn’t made aware until family members and a friend told me the next day. The party lasted maybe 45 min start to finish. They rushed us and only “danced/ played” for about 20 min before pizza. We had our daughter’s 3rd birthday here this past weekend. The party was flawless and stress free. Alicia was so accommodating from the moment I inquired up until the very end of our party. We did not feel rushed, the place was so clean, the staff were wonderful and put up our decorations for us! Five stars!
