Had a beyond amazing experience with Yang as our server. Originally I had gone to the Commack location and did not have the best experience but Yang made that all go away. She was very helpful, explained what each plate was as we received them. She also was very clear on how and when the tray must be changed and would let us know when it was time. Yang and the rest of the staff were very friendly and attentive at all times, even showing us how to properly cook the meals. I’ll repeat 1000000000000/10 food, service, and atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back to this location with my friends and families!

So much fun!! So much food!! Learned about this place from another mom and we took our boys there. It was such a hit for energetic boys! They loved the choices and the process of cooking on the grill or in the hot pot! They tried new foods and had a great experience! Excellent service and food! For those who have never tried table top self cook. This place provides that experience. All meats and vegetables looked and tasted fresh. An awesome eating experience if you like to try a different eating event.

Great food and drinks. A little feedback: 1. Turn the music down! The bass and techno music was so loud and overwhelming. We could not hear ourselves or our server over it. 2. Get organized. Our table did not have enough place settings for our group. We asked repeatedly for this even as our food arrived. We were sitting there with tongs and ladles and short 3 place settings with a table full of food. 3. Seating is impossible. A large party has to slide out of this bench style picnic seating to get more sauces or go to the restroom...and if there is another party on the opposite side this is impossible. 4. Sauces. Get more and replenish. The selections were very basic and 2 chili sauce and soy sauce were empty and not replenished for the duration or our meal. 5. Get the bar some help. Our drinks arrived approximately 45 minutes after we ordered and were well into our meal. 6. Reconsider the grill and heating placements for larger parties. Out heat elements were awkwardly positioned foe our table size and we only had one grill to the far end of the table. Another table blocked us and was using the 2nd grill for this table set up. Those not seated near the grill could not participate in cooking and we had to continually cook and pass items back and forth over each other to those that farther from the grill. 7. Our server was friendly and nice however the girls at the hostess area were dismissive and short with us.Overall food quality was excellent and broths and sides were plentiful and delicious. Good experience and we will be back and hope this place improves.

One of the best hot pots and bbq combo out there. Excellent selection of ingredients that are included in the all you can eat. Very fresh and flavorful soup base. Attentive staff who is always ready for you to order more food. Too bad my stomach can only store so much!!!

So much to unpack for this review: food, options, service, timing etc.First time here, first time at a "grill-your-own-food" place. We chose both the grilling + the (Healthy & Spicy based) soup options as we did not know what we would like and wanted to taste-test for the future. Think we timed it perfectly going for weekend lunch as there was a great staff-to-patron ratio. They took the time to explain the set up as well as our options.The food came fast and was super fresh and tasty. The staff was super helpful and very friendly. I told our waiter Christian (spelling?) I don't eat pork, and he helped me avoid it. We saw an alcohol bar (we didn't make use of) and a make your own sauce bar (which we did).Fruit available was super sweet & juicy.Seating is limited to 1 1/2hrs which was just enough time for us to eat without dawdling. At the 1hr mark Christian asked if there was anything else we wanted before we ran out of time, which we appreciated.Only negative was the no free refills on the soda. With the cost of soda syrup, I'd have thought they'd prefer us filling up on soda rather than steak.(?)More good things occurred, such as fast continuous removal of empty dishes, but I think this review is long enough.We've already discussed returning.*$30-$50 spent pp is prior to tip.
