Place was empty but filthy, the floors and counters were an absolute disaster. There was also someone SLEEPING on the table…made me very uncomfortable workers did nothing about this, not only is this a buisness in a nice neighborhood but it is also a food service, disgusting. The girl ringing me up and making my orders shirt was so dirty and stained all over. I’ve been going here since this place opened… it’s really taken a huge turn hopefully something can be done about this.

Do not get uber eats with this place. Every time I order through uber eats they forget something. This time they forgot the salad dressing which just ruins the whole meal because who likes a dry salad? Seriously do better, it has happened multiple times. Besides that, the side of kale is no good, it tastes like they left it refrigerated for days and almost tastes rotten.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. The food is super good and fresh and on top of that the customer service is excellent.The staff treat their customers really well. Would highly recommend this location. Friendly and courteous staff. Great job!!

I see many other posts on here about the same thing. Why do establishments who serve food let their restaurants look filthy, smell, and have sticky floors? Anytime I've come here, which have been many, has been the same. It smells like dirty water that hasn't been rinsed from the mop. The floors were sticky and the counter top and table tops were not cleaned either had crumbs all over them and you can see grime on them. This is not acceptable period. I don't blame the workers because leadership apparently sets the bar of what's expected anywhere you work and at this location the bar is very low. If your dinning area and counter top are like this then I can only think your workers don't have good hygiene either. I've been to other tropical smoothie locations like Commack and Merrick. They were spotless. Please dnt respond with an apology. Instead make actual changes. Otherwise you lost 1 customer and possibly more.

This had to be the WORSTTT experience ever in my life!!! Firstly some tall skinny girl with braids gave me the worst attitude, I’ve never even met her in my life she acted as if I did something to her if you don’t like your job don’t work there!!! I was there at almost 9am not how I wanted to start my day and than on top of that it seemed like she was on a phone call or something when she gave me my smoothie she handed it to me so rough and it tasted like icy I will never go back -0/10.

I am a loyal smoothie drinker and have been for years ..this is first my smoothie wasn't right but I thought management should know. My smoothie was under processed that I had to unplug my straw every 3rd to 4th sip and chew my through the ice..I tipped $1 on a $8.85 drink I wish I had tipped after trying it. They store was empty worker standing by counter pick order frig empty so there was no excuse for only half spinning my drink .

Ordered a meal on their app, no one else’s app. An hour+ later the items were cancelled because they “never got” my order. Problem is, they use DoorDash to handle their deliveries and DoorDash showed up to get the order and they couldn’t provide it, so the only people who didn’t know I ordered something was the very restaurant who owns the app. I called to see what happened and their answer was, “DoorDash came here and we didn’t have an order, so we cancelled it”. They said they’ll let the manager know and then hung up without resolve to the issue. Who wants lunch that they can’t have?

Terrible I ordered thru Uber eats it was the banana peanut butter granola flatbread I order it all the time!!! First time this location. The banana was old brown the granola was dang near a whole bar not crumbles worst ever!!!! I went to get a new one the tropical smoothie smelled like old garbage!!! Will never go back

Lunch, May 2, 2023 at 2pm.. I left with the best tasting strawberry daiquiri smoothie that I've ever had. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It is also very clean. I've been going to Tropical Smoothies in different areas for years now. Many years ago I was not impressed with the Smithtown store. I started going back last year. Whoever is working there now.... Also made the Best wrap that I've ever had. It was baked perfectly, crispy, fully loaded with chicken and all the "Baja chicken" ingredients. It was seriously the best wrap I've ever gotten there. The team that you have right now - They are Excellent!! Pay them well and Keep them!!! Thank you.
