Terrible I ordered thru Uber eats it was the banana peanut butter granola flatbread I order it all the time!!! First time this location. The banana was old brown the granola was dang near a whole bar not crumbles worst ever!!!! I went to get a new one the tropical smoothie smelled like old garbage!!! Will never go back

We ordered off the app but while at the place to take out, tables were empty but pretty filthy, our food was delicious but we ordered 2 separate flatbreads but both got the same.

Lunch, May 2, 2023 at 2pm.. I left with the best tasting strawberry daiquiri smoothie that I've ever had. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It is also very clean. I've been going to Tropical Smoothies in different areas for years now. Many years ago I was not impressed with the Smithtown store. I started going back last year. Whoever is working there now.... Also made the Best wrap that I've ever had. It was baked perfectly, crispy, fully loaded with chicken and all the "Baja chicken" ingredients. It was seriously the best wrap I've ever gotten there. The team that you have right now - They are Excellent!! Pay them well and Keep them!!! Thank you.

Kudos to Marco!!!I came in struggling with my bag and my walker, feeling the pain todayMarco smiled as he greeted me, took my order. I sat down to wait.Marco came out with my order and brought it straight to where I was sitting so that I could rest and not have to struggle back up to the counter.People sometimes forget the powerful effect an act of kindness can have. I went this morning to get my usual, chai banana with peanut butter. Not a single taste of peanut butter in the smoothie. When I mentioned, the owner was extremely rude. Told me she would show me the camera that she put it in. Refused to accommodate me in anyway. I was never treated so poorly, and my smoothie tasted absolutely terrible. So disappointed, and will go to a different tropical smoothie in the future.

I have been to this location many times.....always friendly, great customer service. My smoothie is always perfect, the owner even makes suggestions to try different smoothies. Just an overall great experience everytime. Five star rating for the owner and staff!!!!!!!

So I ordered from Uber eats I order my usual Detox Island green shake as well as my turkey bacon ranch sandwich. Usually I have a good experience with them but this time not so much. The sandwich they put out is unacceptable the bun of the sandwich was stale, The turkey did not taste fresh didn’t taste any ranch dressing that usually goes on it. So when I called to speak to the manager I was told that the manager wasn’t in and they have a shift leader. Hung up call back again and asked to speak to the shift leader she tells me she is why wouldn’t you tell me that at the beginning so it makes me feel that she was hiding that was she was an authority figure and not even an apologize at the sandwich was unacceptable. Not happy with the customer service or the food whatsoever it might be a while before I order again.

I enjoy Tropical smoothie cafe because of the consistency of their smoothies. I don't like smoothies that are too watery or too icy . They need to be a good balance of thickness, iciness, and creaminess. So thanks TSC for that. I wish the offerings were healthier, but you can customize them to be healthy so that's a plus. If you order a smoothie before 10am , it is significantly cheaper ($3.99 I believe) as opposed to $7.99 or something like that. However, if you order through the app before 10, you will not get the sale price. It's only when you order at the store or over the phone :| I feel like the business app should also apply the sales price , but whatever. I learned the hard way. But you do get a nice sized delicious smoothie, it just tastes sweeter when it's cheaper :)
