Everything in this bakery is GLUTEN-FREE. I found it on a whim while shopping in Buffalo, New York, and WOW, I can not say GO and see for yourself enough. The young girl who helped me was very sweet( not alot of experience) but super friendly. The lady ( I think owner) came up and asked if I tried the free samples. I did and let me tell you the sugar cookie and coffee cake samples are so YUMMY. I bought muffins, coffee cake and a couple cupcakes. I bought 1 apple cider donut ( not a fan normally) it looked so good. Let me tell you I ate every bite. It was the lightest , fluffiest donut I've had in 15-20 years( I've been gluten-free 2.5 years).
This is a MUST try bakery for anyone.
Hello, new favorite. I promise I will be back in a few weeks.
P.S. Just tried the chocolate chip muffin.
OMG I don't know how but they made this like a Tim Hortons muffin consistency only 100 times better flavor. WTG
Walking into this bakery and seeing that I could eat ANYTHING that I wanted -- that I didn't have to be scared that I'd get sick, that I didn't have to limit myself to just one or two items that might not even be what I wanted -- y'all, I almost started crying. Just the relief of it, and knowing that someone cared enough to turn their entire bakery gluten-free. That means so much more than you can imagine. And the food was so good that we went here three times during our week-long stay in the area. In fact, we plan to order from them and have it shipped to us now that we're back home. Highly recommended!

Great shop! Wonderful manager/owner.
Wow...what a dream bakery for anyone who cannot eat gluten. I stopped here on my way to Pennsylvania from Ontario to pick up a GF cupcake for my birthday. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that everything in the bakery was gluten-free. I really wish I lived close because they had cupcakes, cookies, and lots of meals in the freezer. The spot was very clean and the cashier was friendly. I know they have a rewards program because she signed me up when I checked out, but I just wish I could go more often and make the most of that. I got 3 cupcakes to take along on my trip. The one I ate the morning of my birthday was cookie dough. They do not taste like they are GF...absolutely delicious. The icing was perfect and the texture of the cake wonderful. I can't wait until I travel to the states again so I can stop in and stock up on some of the stuff I was checking out. Definitely recommend them. It's so nice to find places like this where people with dietary restrictions can enjoy things they thought they might never get to eat when they are away from home. Thank you, Vin-Chet!
Stumbled upon this gem near Buffalo airport! We are celiac and the food in this bakery is truly amazing! My daughter said “I feel like I’m eating something bad” because gluten free NEVER tastes this good! We loved it so much, we made a special trip back! The owner is gracious and so sweet! Workers are awesome too! MUST try and support a local business non-chain bakery, and sandwiches too!!! You won’t regret it nor will you find anywhere place like it in the states!!
Very yummy baked goods and I don't have to worry about getting sick! They use very high quality ingredients, and it's very delicious. I would like the doughnuts to be a little bigger for the price. But I go there when ever I am in that area. They have nice specials, too.
Thought this place was too good to be true. They must use flour in their recipes, with the gluten removed, but my daughters n I, we all have celiacs, got glutened from their products. Buyer beware. They are awful!!!
As someone who can’t eat gluten it is so nice to be able to go somewhere and get baked goods or lunch without worrying if it will make me sick. Love it here.
By far the best gluten free bakery I’ve been too. Well worth the drive to Amherst. Everyone was extremely friendly & everything was extremely delicious! I can’t wait to go back!

After hearing many positive reviews, I was excited to try this place. However, I will never be purchasing from here again. I was not greeted when I walked in and the employees were NOT WEARING MASKS. This is terrifying to think about with the number of products they supply to local grocery stores. I will be warning people about this place.
THE best gluten free baked goods I’ve ever had! I’m pretty sure it because they don’t use rice flour!
food tastes great, so many options, staff is super friendly
It's hard to find gluten free food in general that tastes good but Vin Chet's baked goods not only taste great but are similar in taste to non gluten free versions. The sweets are super cute and the bakery itself is cozy looking and full of positivity.
