“My wife and I are long time residents of Somers and last we ordered out from Q’s was about a decade ago. Not so good back then…excellent today. What a difference! Our food including soup was exemplary - tasty, not salty and most importantly, fresh! Many thanks and we surely have a new go to for Chinese food.

“I had the Hong Kong Style Roasted Duck Noodle and some pork buns. The Soup was the best I’ve ever had. The duck was still crispy, and tender in the broth. I would drink that broth every day if I could. The pork buns were delicious as well. Friendly staff.“

“This is by far the best Chinese takeout you will find in probably the whole New York. That includes the city. I've had so much Chinese food across NYC and a lot of them sadly fell off. Peking Garden in Brewster has held their ground for many years. The consistency of their food, and the pride they take in ownership is why they are #1. They offer menu items that you cant get anywhere else in the whole county, and the flavor is always the best. They serve the freshest vegetables and use the best ingredients to make their dishes really stand out. When I get Peking Garden I have to literally force myself to stop because it's so good that even when I'm full I just want another bite, and another bite lol.“

Prices are very fair. I think these are the best Chinese BBQ ribs in the area. The wonton soup is also good and can really satisfy a cold. There is a slight black pepper taste to it.

I always get what I expect and am always left feeling satisfied.“

“This Chinese takeout was right by the pier in a shopping plaza, easy parking. The steamed white rice large size was quart portion and very good!! not grainy hard undercooked. And best of all, price was best deal you could find anywhere in NY!! Thank you and would visit without a doubt!!“

I tried the new buffet and was very happy to see the quality of the food is still excellent! Buffet pricing is very reasonable and I'll definitely be back for more! “Wonderful gourmet Chinese take-out in Mahopac and worth our 30 minute ride. Tasty not oily or over salted. The boneless spare ribs, Wonton Soup were splendid! Then Moo Shoo Pork and Chicken with Broccoli. Yummy. A BIg step up from the usual Chinese take-out out restaurant. And large portions as well!“

“I tried this spot because of the lack of pork dish options elsewhere In the area. I genuinely don’t understand some of these reviews, so far as of ordering 5 times now everything has been above and beyond..my go to is the sechuzan style roast pork. Tried the fried wontons in garlic sauce today, amazing. Great local option, they never miss an item or an instruction. This has become my go to spot in town.“

“The food is amazing. When my husband and I drive up to roscoe (we are from long island) we always detour off route to stop here and grab some sweet and sour chicken and beef lo main. It's soo good!! And their egg rolls are also amazing. The owners are so nice the place is a bit crowded with boxes and could use a cleaning and organization but never seen any bugs crawling around. “Nice local spot offering traditional Chinese menu. We ordered Pork Fried Dumplings, and these were flavorful and crisp, as were the Egg Rolls. Our entrees were the Hunan Special, a spicy dish of jumbo shrimp, crab meat, chicken, pork, black mushrooms, and vegetables, and the Happy Family with similar ingredients minus the spicy kick. Both were prepared well and fresh. We opted to dine in, and the tables were clean and well lit.“

I kept talking to the young lady up front taking the order. She was so sweet, kind as well as attentive. My family and i are definitely coming back here. “Just moved to the area recently. Was craving Chinese food was nervous to try a new spot but figured to give it a shot. Called, the guy was very nice whoever answered the phone. Went to pick up the phone and it was done within 15 minutes. Food was hot and fresh. I got a little bit of everything. Didn’t like so much of the beef I got with the broccoli. Tried a piece and tasted little weird. Everything else was delicious. I got egg/shrimp roll, vegetable fried and white rice, beef and broccoli and the sesame chicken was very good. I would recommend ordering from here and eating the food. The prices were reasonable as well. Happy with their service.“
