Worst customer service in all of Richmond Hill. We went there for salt fish and bake. The woman behind the counter started filling the container then stopped, proceeded to remove almost half the fish when my wife asked her to please add it back we will pay for the extra she said No you will have to place another order?! So we have to buy 2 orders for one person because your portions are so small? This place has been on a gradual decline for years.

Don’t do it! I ordered the curry, chicken and roti. The curry chicken taste extremely soapy and a brown sauce. The roti was uncooked, really flowery and very thick, thick uncooked roti. I didn’t even finish my mail I started and I ended it right then and there total disappointment.

Customer service is outrageous. The ladies behind the counter lost their minds. My mom ordered chicken fried rice & chicken chowmein, she was charged $5 just to have the chicken in separate containers. Other restaurants usually do this with no issue. If the business isn’t doing good to the point where they need to charge FIVE DOLLARS for separate containers, they should consider closing. We said we wanted to speak to the manager & one of the ladies said “go ahead” as if she didn’t care. They’re extremely rude with disgusting attitudes. Hospitality is everything especially when you’re handling people’s food. When we brought the food home, it had no flavor and we had to recook it. Will not be returning here. We’ll probably hear about this place shutting down soon anyways :)

I wait there for 10 minutes and you know them people keep taking order people payment for food they order and look me in line never ask what i need. I just walk out. Is like when im in line to beg for something to eat . No I went to buy it. The cashier face like a turn off when you look at her

For expensive food, this was some of the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced in my life. I asked the ladies behind the counter a few simple questions and was responded with the nastiest attitudes ever. I understand everyone has things going on in their life. But seriously, is asking for an extra hot sauce a crime?!
I was very skeptical about trying this place out because of the reviews n especially Since I was going to have to drive an hour out from Suffolk County. My experience here was great. I will definitely be back. The food was good. The service was good and the price wasn’t that bad.

Honestly, their service is so bad. For a Guyanese food restaurant I’m disappointed in my own culture. They are so racist to my girl, just because she was white. When I’m with her and we order from this restaurant they don’t be rude. Soon as my girl went there alone there were rude n nasty to her.

Use to love going here until today when they charged me $13 for rice dhal & and okra(this was 5:30pm so you know that okra been sitting all day) meanwhile my co worker got chicken curry for the $10 which is regular, so cool but $13 mf dollars plus stupid tax. They wylin. This exact meal use to be $7 or so dollars. What a shame. I knew I should have went to three sisters. Lost my business.
