If I could give a zero for customer service I would farzama is an employee there very rude has no respect for the customer I was a regular customer there but I will never go back because of FARZAMA she needs training on how to treat people exactly customers who spend money every day
My experience in the store was awesome. The employees were courteous, clean and really helpful. I noticed the employees cleaning their hand properly before making any sandwiches or drink. Moreover, the waiting time is very less and you get your order instantly. If you are in real hurry then they have the option for "On the go order", where you can place your order online and get your food ready by the time you reach the store.

Serving size is worth it. The people who work should come up with different ideas. Like. Serve, decorate , For Example: order a coffee, apply whip cream and syrup. Order a cake , decorate and put icing, don't charge extra just for a little thing. Not worth it. Try to improve on the money range. Taste is how its suppose to be. Ultimately, upgrade Dounkin Donut too. The attitude towards customer be loyal. Deserve 4 stars, but try ways to improve.
