Bamboo Southampton is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the vibrant atmosphere. The staff and the owner Jess Gouws were incredibly friendly and attentive and made me feel welcome throughout the entire dining experience.
The food was phenomenal. I tried the bamboo roll, the bang bang chicken and the bamboo house lo mein and each dish was a masterpiece. It’s clear the chefs put their heart and soul into crafting these dishes.
The bamboo mai thai and the litchi were equally impressive.
The value for the quality was fantastic, and I can’t recommend this place enough for date night, family dinners, birthday.. I will definitely be coming back!

The chicken lemongrass dumplings were the best I’ve ever had! The waiter was super kind and patient. Happy Hour is a big plus since the food is also discounted. I’m still dreaming about the food!! Restrooms could be a little bigger

I’ve gone to eat here a bunch. Every roll is delicious. Try the Sesame Crusted Seared Tuna and the Wings. Awesome atmosphere, happy hr specials and everyone working here is friendly! A great spot in Southampton right next to the park.

TLDR: overpriced and mediocre food with good + fast service. Although the space is cute and the staff is very friendly, the food is subpar. We came in as a group of 10. I tried a couple of people's plates. The only thing worth their prices was the rock shrimp—flavorful and crunchy. I personally ordered the mongolian beef and the ramen with no protein. The beef was good but the menu claimed it came with a side of white rice, it was more like a spoonful. The ramen was extremely flavorless and bland, the broth and even the egg. My friends got the fried chicken and the bang bang chicken, although it wasn't bad, it wasnt worth the price paid. Wouldn't come again. The sushi looked good though...

Don’t judge a book by its cover. This place looked nice because of all the decorations. We waited 15 minutes to be seated. Then we ordered appetizers. But then we started to realize people who came after us got served before us and were finished with their appetizers. Which by the way was 40 minutes after we came. We asked the server about it and they came back with cold food. It was like the staff forgot about us! Luckily my kids didn’t eat the chicken because they could get sick. And I’m sure someone has before. So we just left and no one acknowledged us. Will not be coming back. And I don’t recommend this place to whoever wants to try it. Stay away, stay safe!

The entire dining experience turned out to be underwhelming. Guests faced a lengthy wait to order their drinks, and the main course was served before the appetizer. The server seemed unfamiliar with the menu. Not recommended.

Such amazing environment, service and food as well. They have really good options for vegetarian food and very tasty. I am glad we had end up having dinner at there! Servers are very happy and engaging with us and such pleasant experience. I would definitely suggest to go there.
We went to Bamboo for one of our bachelorette weekend dinners. They gave us happy hour drinks even though we missed it by one minute. They have a lot of vegetarian options and everything we ordered was amazing (veggie noodles, sushi rolls, appetizers). More than that though, the staff and service was above and beyond. They stood out because they were one of the only business in this area that seemed pleased to serve us, with good attitudes, and that really elevated our experience after going to several other places in the Hamptons where the bartenders and servers seemed like they hated being there. The servers at Bamboo were happy, engaging, and just overall pleasant. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for great vibes and tasty, flavorful food in the Hamptons.

Normally don’t do reviews but fell in love with this place and had to make sure they got the recognition they deserved! I Wanted to try something new and decided to try bamboo tonight. When we walked in the all of the staff was so friendly and welcoming. we were offered seating inside or in their patio area we chose outside and it was so beautiful! I have a very picky 2 year old and was a bit hesitant since it’s an Asian place but the kids menu was perfect for him ! We ordered him the kids pizza and it was a huge pizza with 8 slices. The pizza tasted fresh and homemade which you don’t get a lot when it comes to kids meals and my son LOVED it. Not to mention they hand out toy swords to kids which is pretty cool and keeps them happy and entertained. For my order I got the salmon avocado roll and added crunch on top and the sweet and spicy Korean fried chicken. Everything was amazing fresh and tasty. Will definitely be returning to try more !
Kid-friendliness: The kids menu had chicken fingers fries pizza etc so many options for picky kids. They even give the kids toy swords to play with. I have a picky and crazy 2 year old and he did amazing here loved the food and was happy with his new toy sword
