Friendly atmosphere, really good food
Had the French onion 🧅 soup, chopped wedge salad and fish & chips. A dark & stormy drink too (very much like a Moscow mule).
The soup had a good layer of cheese ❤
The salad had a generous serving of dressing too ❤
The 🐠 & chips, perfectly cooked and plenty (and I mean plenty) of fries. The fries were cut thin and small, I liked it.

How can you not love a place that greets you with genuine warmth and a smile. Food always consistent and delicious. Beers too! On another note our dear Friends were asked to leave a local restaurant with a backyard patio with their well behaved dog Luna because she was not a verified disability dog. They went to Publick House where they were treated kindly, led to the back patio and they automatically brought out a dish with water for Luna. Such kindness shown.

Southampton Publick House offers a fantastic dining experience with a relaxed atmosphere and spacious public parking behind the premises. The food is plentiful and generally quite delicious, with a nice brunch menu. The burgers are some of the best and the fries are delicious. The staff is welcoming, prompt, courteous, and very personable, making visitors feel like family. It is a nice place for a casual meal or a good dinner.
