Claude's Restaurant at the Southampton Inn

They had a special holiday menu with normal burgers that were fresh and really good. The chicken nuggets were also good quality.

We gave Claude’s three chances during our stay in Southampton, hoping things would improve—but the portion sizes just got smaller each time. I paid over $20 for a two-egg omelet with only two filling options, and it came with a tiny handful of home fries that wouldn’t satisfy a child, let alone an adult. My mother-in-law was shocked to receive just one piece of toast with her breakfast—something she’s never experienced in her life. After each meal, the only thing we could talk about was how skimpy the portions were. It's a real letdown, especially since the previous chef used to serve generous plates. Sadly, that no longer seems to be the case. Given the high prices, we left very disappointed.

Overall loved the brunch. It was quiet in there on a summer weekend which was surprising but food was nice. The really should include potatoes with the sandwiches though for brunch it shouldn’t cost extra.
I loved the Shakshuka!!!
Also we had the best server named Leslie W - she was a sweet lady who kept it real! We love Leslie, out of all the servers in the Hampton’s she was so down to earth!

The waiter took so long to take our order, than had the audacity to act surprised/confused that we hadn’t had our order taken. Why would we have our menus in our hands if we had our order taken? I ordered a bacon and cream cheese omelette and I received a cold ham and mushroom egg white omelette. The rest of my table also had cold meals, they then refused to offer a discount for giving me the wrong meal, one of my dining patrons had a huge egg shell in his eggs Benedict, will never return

Great breakfast , good prices .

We had the pleasure of having Claudes for thanksgiving dinner and it was fantastic! The restaurant is tucked away at the Southampton Inn and honestly i did not know what to expect. The staff was incredibly friendly the food was excellent and the ambiance was wonderful. I cant wait to come back and try the regular menu!

First off, Leslie, our waitress, was AMAZING! She made my friends and me feel so welcome. The burger was great, and Leslie kept the unlimited mimosas flowing! I’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend this place!

Just stopped for espresso, the cup smelled like stinky feets, espresso had no crema, looked like they just poured coffee from pot in espresso cup, and even I said I don’t like it and did not drink it they still charged me 7$ for that trash and server gave me attitude.
When I looked at the bar with rotted mint I ve should know that is something wrong with this place.

I really enjoyed the food, the vibe was nice and unpretentious, and the service was solid. One of the better places I’ve eaten on the south or north fork!

Beautiful renovation. The best outside dining in an almost European courtyard surrounded by flowers. Menu for everyone. Our secret garden for dining. Inside has comfy booths for good talking. And jazz Thursdays.

It was my boyfriend's and I first time in the Hamptons. Out of all the places we went out to eat at . This place is by far the best . Great food and service! Totally recommend!

Having lunch with friends at Claude's
Restaurant at the Southampton Inn was a delightful experience! We ordered different burgers and sandwiches, and two drinks, all of which tasted really good. I particularly enjoyed the crispy and refreshing sides with the tuna. We will definitely be back again!

I had a wonderful dining experience at Claude’s restaurant . This restaurant's signature burger is truly impressive and innovative, with a very fresh and delicious beef patty. The waitstaff were exceptionally friendly, making me feel very welcome. The drinks were not only visually appealing but also tasted great. I highly recommend everyone to give this place a try!

Had a fantastic time at Claude's with friends over the holiday! We tried the chicken sandwich, tuna salad, and the burger, each dish was really a hit, especially the juicy burger!!! must try! the setting is perfect for a relaxed meal, and our server was super friendly, Definitely coming back!

O Boy , where do I start ….
Is it season or it’s not ?!? Stoped here for a lunch ( just few places are open on Tuesday in June ) and everything smelled as brand new. We were looking at the google review photos and decided to give it a try . Ordered salad , cauliflower and dumplings ( vegetarian gyoza) . No wine list . No bread. Salad tasted like plastic , with traces of cheese, dumplings were ok but store bought and just pan seared . Cauliflower was probably warmed up from the weekend . Soggy and oily.
Definitely not recommending.
Shout out to the waitress who was very sweet .
