Amazing experience at this somewhat new restaurant in Southampon Village. Celebrity chef Rocco Dispirito did not disappoint! Restaurant atmosphere was beautiful and intimate, food was delicious, my steak cooked to perfection and wait staff was attentive. Cant wait to go back.

Just took my wife to IL Pellicano for our 24th wedding anniversary. Great meal. We both left smiling and satiated. I'm not a foodie but for this restaurant I'll make a frequent exception.

Went to ilPelicano for my 30th wedding anniversary, it did not disappoint! We were greeted with 2 Flutes of freshly opened Champagne and a magnificent dinner . The oysters were like right out of the ocean . We had Italian BLT salad which was delicious. My wife had the Steak and I had the Vongel clams and homemade spaghetti, Both out of this world ! I had the cherry Cheescake that was better than Juniors ! Last, but not least , Rocco stopped by our table to wish us a Happy Anniversary and ask about our Dining experience. I thanked him for his wishes and told him we had an awesome experience!

Nice restaurant but very limited choices. When I didn’t like my clam pasta that tasted very fishy , I asked if the chef can prepare me something simple, pasta and pesto and he refused. A variation of pasta and pesto was on the menu but he would not prepare. Not nice and not gracious. A pompous chef!!!!! The other two dishes that we ordered did not taste so good. They were no t exceptional . I would not recommend this place.

We had our second great experience at Il Pellicano. Our appetizers (Serrano ham, oysters, lobster cocktail) were great as well as our entrees (halibut, red shrimp). Service was spot on. Looking forward to our third visit when we will try a few other menu items. So far every dish has been superb.
