The North Sea Tavern is a lively neighborhood bar with a great atmosphere, perfect for a fun night out. The menu offers a variety of pub food, including a terrific burger, mean quesadilla, and tasty guac. The bartenders are friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the buy backs on drinks are a nice touch. The avocado salad remains a hit, while the ribs and cheese fries may occasionally disappoint.
The restaurant has undergone a nice renovation, no longer just a dive bar. There are over 14 TVs, making it a great spot for sports, and they also offer outdoor eating, live music, and daily specials. The service is always great, with the servers being attentive and helpful. The food is absolutely fantastic, with the mozzarella tomato avocado salad with grilled steak and the fried pickles being highlights. The burgers are juicy, and the onion rings are crisp, while the shrimp appetizer is beyond amazing.
