Sean's Place - Deli - Sandwiches

My sandwich was not great. It honestly tasted like a middle school cafeteria sandwich. Sadly. The bread was the cheap processed packaged wheat bread that you get at the supermarket for $1.99. A shame. Especially given their prices and given that this is The Hamptons! Expensive, small, and crowded. No semblance of an ordering queue or a place to wait for your food. The staff made up for the disappointing flavor with their kindness and attentiveness. I don’t know why this place was so crowded.

Cozy café, It fits perfectly in the town of Southampton. Dining outside and enjoying the atmosphere around you is such a great pass time, especially with the park just around the corner!

The Philly cheese steak was so dry I had to put lotion on it, jeez, barely any cheese buns barely toasted & I thought I could put hot sauce on it to make it better …. Negative

Went at 8am and charged me 12$ for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel overpriced and bagels are small

Pretty expensive, $12.25 for a LG coffee and a BEC on a roll. The cashier wouldn't let me pay until the sandwich was done. Waste of time

Great place for a sandwich or wrap to go. Inexpensive by Southampton standards. A few tables out front!

Awesome spot for the BEST egg sandwiches, bagels, lunch or dinner!!

I’m a born & raised NY’er but I’ve been in Florida the past twenty years, where you just don’t get awesome bagels and no one seems to make an egg Sandwhich down here!!

So being back in town, we hit Sean’s place a bunch of times to feed our family!! It’s a great place that has reasonable prices, delicious food and friendly staff!!

Great breakfast sandwich. We got the bacon egg and cheese with 2 eggs. The roll was good, bacon was fresh (wasn’t sitting around like I see at some places), and the American cheese was nice and melty. The only thing is, they automatically add ketchup so if you don’t want that, you need to tell them.

No frills place but it has everything that you need.

It is a deli. Lovely people and always a smile. Ask to say hi to Sean. He is a pleasure to talk with. A good stop in the village of Southampton.

Parking: The store is situated right next to Agawam Park, which has a large parking lot. In the summer, all of the village parking is increased in number.

Delicious breakfast ? and fresh coffee

They add a dollar here and there if you aren’t careful. Ask for a receipt and do some math in your head if you want to avoid overpaying what is already overpriced.
