Shinnecock Lobster Factory makes amazing lobster rolls! I ordered a warm, buttery “whale” roll. You could have ordered a small “dolphin,” a medium “shark,” or a large “whale” and the whale roll has the most lobster meat. The whale roll is more expensive but I think it was worth it. I bought a raspberry iced tea for my drink. There is only outdoor seating, including a grass area you can bring dogs. You order at the window and bring the food to the tables with benches. There is no indoor seating. The restaurant is a quick 5-minute drive from downtown Southampton. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will be going back!

Shinnecock Eats Cafe is hands down my go-to lunch spot in the area. I'm consistently pleased with their tasty food. While it's not haute cuisine, it's comfort food for the soul that won't break the bank. My usual order is the medium plate of Bain- Marie-style dishes, offering a nice variety including rice, beans, chicken, and several meat stews, not to mention the plantains and sometimes vegetables. Remarkably, it typically totals to around $12, making it a fantastic value for the quality you receive. Plus, the added convenience of being connected to a dispensary just seals the deal.

This is the third time when ordering a lobster role -- I specifically and clearly asked for less mayo. The counter person said they WOULD make it with less mayo. Instead, for the third time, the lobster was swimming in mayo and not enjoyable. I also asked for cold slaw instead of potato chips. Again, they completely disregarded my request and gave me the chips again. They seem courteous, but in reality they just ignore and totally disregard the customer. I AM A LOVER OF LOBSTER AND WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!!

There is a significant criminal element throughout the Shinnecock Nation and the local police are only able to respond to direct incidents. My 8 year old daughter was scared this weekend and we will never go back. We own a house 5 minutes away in Southamton. The lobster itself was pretty awful too. However, as a parent, safety first. Mayor Jesse Warren is powerless when it comes to policing this area. All residents of Southampton should avoid the Shinnecock Nation, this is a cesspool of crime and no place for children.

Do not bother. Lobster flavor and size was lacking. Expensive and no atmosphere. Corn on the cob tasted like dishwater. Don’t go. Worst $112. Dollars I ever spent.

We stopped for breakfast on our way to Montauk. Definitely order an omelette; it was huge and stuffed full of veggies. I asked for ham to be added. It's nothing fancy; order at the deli counter & served in to-go containers. Coffee is serve yourself, and gets a from me because they had flavored creamer as well as 1/2 & 1/2 and milk. The bathroom was very clean.

We ordered the Shinnacock Lobster Roll (olive oil, arugula) and shared lobster bisque. Wow! Meatiest, tastiest lobster roll l've ever tasted. Bisque had a bunch of large lobster chunks and light on the cream.

Fresh lobster rolls and fritters. place can be busy at times. 10-15min till order is out. We had the Hamptons lobster roll (warm, with butter) and the Shinnecock lobster roll (cold with olive oil and lemon) both were excellent. Lobster fritters were also very good. The kids loved the Mac & Cheese dish (can order with or without lobster).
