I was at the Shinecock Powow last year, which was incredible, and happened to have stop into the Lobster Factory. I just remembered this, as I was doing my taxes, and realized that if I do one thing by procrastinating, it should be writing a review.

First, it was the best lobster roll I've had since my childhood. I grew up in New England so my bar is high, but this was such a delightful taste. Light, heart, and the roll was perfectly toasted. I had a gumbo...

Super relaxed, chill atmosphere. Literally just pulled over on the side of the road. Lots of options to choose from for the lobster salad, lots of variations. Super good it’s an excellent treat.

Highly highly highly recommend the lobster frites. 20 dollars. Eat right away when warm. Lightly Fried perfectly. Juicey chunks of lobster. Made to order so not much of a wait time. Spicey chipotle mayo goes well with the dish. Enough to share for two people to take out on the go to Montauk. Very friendly service. Will be back again.
