Awesome coffee spot but don't sleep on their other drink. Got the chai and it was so good! They have little baked goods as well. I got the gluten free bites and they were really good. Will be coming back soon.

I tried the Noble Tea Latte—BEST TEA I'VE EVER HAD!!!
And the spinach & cheese (quiche-like) appetizer was incredible, too.
If you know anyone who works for Michelin, please ask them to try Noble Café. I think this café may be the tea and appetizer equivalent of Jiro's sushi bar—the one in that Tokyo subway station (and "Jiro Dreams of Sushi").
btw- My (78-lbs) dog was given permission to enter. Dog-friendly café?
Parking: There are dozens of parking spots in a municipal lot (across the street) + street parking (beside the cafe).

What an absolute gem! Great little spot with incredible coffee and yummy treats. The kid had a blast with his strawberry milk and banana and pastries on top! They even gave him a Noble Cafe (King Lion 🦁) sticker! He was over the moon! We will be back again and again!

Just went here after a short hike in piermont with my kids and a friend with kids. After paying $50 for our bagels (including $17 for a [not fresh] bagel with tuna) the owner came out to tell me he had no more bagels left and wouldn’t offer me a refund only an option to switch to a wrap or toast which I thought was weird. My kids only like bagels and I didn’t want to choose an alternative. There was also a fly in our tomato. Coffee was watery. I rarely complain but this was extremely disappointing experience.

I stop by here after biking to cool down with ice coffee and it always hits the spot. Small Indoor and outdoor seating makes this place feel homey.
This family run business is wonderful. For me it's a three mile round trip walk and it puts a smile on my face every time I walk in. Coffee is great, the different tea blends are awesome and the pastries are worth the calories!!!

Great place! I can’t tell you how many times I passed this place with the intention of stopping in but have been busy !! Today I had the pleasure of stopping in ! Friendly owner and amazing mocha!! Love the ambiance . We also tried the banana bread and the blueberry scone. Everything was delicious and the cafe seemed very clean and well kept! Wishing them tremendous success to the cafe and their Turkish market across the street!

I forgot to take pics but don’t I love small towns! I would suspect this is a local’s favorite place - a substantial array of options for coffee drinkers with a unique menu of speciality lattes. The owner was so sweet as well. I loved her granola bites which to be fair are more on the healthy side compared to cakes, pastries etc.
