I can't believe I've lived in this county my entire life and never been to this restaurant. What a gem—everything from the ambience to the food to the service was outstanding! The portions and quality of food make it worth the price tag. Great place for a special occasion celebration! Will definitely be back!

Excellent dinner at Sparkill Steakhouse. Porterhouse for 2 was prepared perfectly and very tasty and tender. Side of spinach was also great. Chopped salad for 2 was fresh and tasty. Service was great. Our server even brought us a sample dessert to try. It was tiramisu and it too was fresh and tasty. I will definitely be returning to Sparkill Steakhouse.

Went for a birthday party. Staff was pleasant and attentive. We all had steaks, filet mignon, and a New York sirloin. All very good. Glad we went. A little toward the expensive side, but what restaurant that is worth it, isn't?

We generally enjoy our meals here. Salads were disappointing. The slab bacon appetizer was very fatty. You expect exceptional service at a place like this. The service was fine we were not even asked if we wanted more to drink.

Accommodating and attentive service. Delicious food, healthy portions, relaxed adult vibe. Porterhouse for two was cooked perfectly; ordered with three sides was perfect portion for two hungry guys. A little on the pricey side for a casual dinner, but a great local spot for a birthday meal or special night out.

This was my second time dining at the sparkill in 2 years. Our waiter was very nice and gracious granted the place was totally empty at the time. The food quality was below par compared to pricing. The burger was was very dry ,crumbly , lacked moisture with a burnt bun. The ribeye steak was not cooked to right temp and the 2nd steak was undercooked below the requested temp of medium rare. The side: the Mac n cheese tasted like velveta out of the box and the cream spinach Tasted gelatinous. The app: the chopped salad was ok and the bacon was ok as well. I'm and was totally disappointed with the meal.
