It's like being in a little piece of Colombia, not only because of the food (which is incredibly delicious and generous) but the hospitality of those who work there is incredible, they are very friendly, happy, and make you feel welcome. Casa Colombia is a little hidden gem in Spring Valley, New York for anyone who wants to experience authentic Colombian cuisine. I came across this place looking for a little Caesars. I went and ordered my pizza and couldn’t resist going inside this Colombian restaurant. I could smell it from other side of parking lot. After I tasted just the bread I regretted ordering from little Caesar’s… the food was incredibly delicious. The staff were so warm and friendly!!! if in the area it’s a must have! I am an hour and half away and plan on taking a trip back! See you Sunday!
