Their selection changes slightly week to week and ranges from bacon, to prosciutto cotto, capocollo, kielbasa, and my newfound favorite, kabanosy. In addition, they smoke brisket and make the best barbecue I've had (including in Austin) with your choice of fatty or lean meat. They also sell pantry items - tinned fish, cheese, milk, and other goods - and sell baguettes after noon. If you're in the area and eat meat, do yourself a favor and stop in!“
