I just had the most delicious lunch at Coyote Flaco! So friendly and fast service. Great selection of traditional dishes. Food was so fresh and served with flair. ? Do stop in. You will enjoy.
This used to be an old school diner in Stanfordville about 20 years back, and now a family owned and operated Mexican restaurant. The food has gotten much better in the last year or so. Really good service, live music outdoors on Fridays, gets quite busy when it's beautiful weather out... and I have to give it five stars for having all of the above in upstate New York. Of course, you won't find any diversity here in the crowd, but the pork tacos are great, same with the trio enchiladas....read full review

Eat here on a weekly basis and the food is excellent. My favorite is the chili relleno. It is perfectly steamed rather than being ruined by deep frying. The food is always good. Love the outdoor dining and Friday night music.
