This place came highly recommended by the staff at All City Collison a block over! They raved about the Chicken Wings, so I decided to try them, OUTSTANDING! Did not disappoint. Highly recommend Amin's Fried Chicken ! Service with a smile too! Inexpensive as well!

It's a NO for me , the cashier was not friendly and the wing was not freshly prepared and had a big old feather on it. Basic chicken , I do know a place sadly I gotta cross a bridge to get to it, but this ain't it.

Finally a challenge worthy fried chicken joint is now on Staten Island. With more and more eclectic/ethnic versions of fried chicken are popping up all over the New York City, this is yet one more a teeny tiny joint (pickup only) is frying up the bird, Palestine style. Amins chicken is on par with some of the major hard hitters, such as Jollibee, Bob White counter, Byrd, Blue Ribbon to name just a few. I almost got fooled by the tenderness and the moist texture of the chicken thigh by itself. It's distinct texture led me to believe there was some newer version of Brine is involved. Upon inquiry, owner said no brining just straight forward Halal organic chicken washed thoroughly with water and then fried thereafter by coating of their family's "secret" batter. Those who view and follow my recommendations please show this fried chicken joint some much deserved attention. Our borough needs a fried chicken Hero. Let's turn Amins into one
