I like this store I’ve been going here for a couple of days and it seems to be pretty cool but it could use a few changes as far as technology goes and more

0 starts. Horribly rude and ghetto workers that go back and forth with customers. No customer service skills. Refused me a refund and proceeded to go back and forth and wouldn’t change my order. Be careful who you hire. Extemely unprofessional at the sandwich area. General manager is extemely unprofessional and uneducated.

Never have any tuna as they say just feel like the staff wants to do the bare minimum in the morning smh

unprofessional cashier guy with an attitude over the top. Looks like he hates his job and people overall.

The worst place to grab a coffee from while you on the run to catch the ferry.Their baked goods if it were fresh, it would still have this pungent eggy smell and the excessive intolerable sweetness. Coffee either so watery or ink dark old.. on the top of that, the staff working there are rude, loud and extremely opinionated, they accept no comments or complaints. So they are always right and the poor customer is always wrong.

Customer Service is severely lacking here. Nothing hot and ready to go, employees walking around on their cell phone. This has consistently been the worst for a long time now. No one seems to care. Time to replace this store with something better.

I will never go back to this place and highly not recommend it. First, it is very filthy. Second, they overcharged me twice not once but twice. I get the same thing five mornings a week and twice they overcharged me by $1.83 & $2.07. You can't trust them and you have to be aware of the prices. They are and will be losing customers because people are talking about it on the Ferry. So, with that being said. I will no longer be giving Au Bon Pain my business.

Completely overpriced because when I tried to ask someone how much it cost on the photo for reasonable amount of quantity and they charge me different from the billboard and the place is a ripoff. One time that they didn’t accept cash from the register so they force customers use their debit card and that’s not right at all and I will never buy anything from them ever again.

This location is filthy. Stopped in for a quick bite before the marathon. The soup containers look like they haven’t ever been washed. The female employee making the sandwiches was extremely rude and unsanitary. She continuously touched her nose with her gloves as she handled food for customers. Horrible experience.

Stopped here at 10:45AM on a Tuesday, and they had no bread. None. Maybe a dozen pathetic bagels. But no ciabatta, no baguettes, no croissant, nada. This is not an isolated instance, either. Am I the only one who finds their lack of bread ironic? As well as annoying?

I’m so glad ABP has dairy free options for coffee! As someone who is both lactose intolerant and vegan, It’s nice not to have to drink my coffee black. There’s also a variety of snacks and ready make items to order before you hop on the ferry ⛴
