The first time I came for a lox sandwich sub capers for cucumbers, it was around $15-16 dollars. This time I ordered the same exact sandwich and it came to almost $20. Im not sure if this store knows where they are located but it isn't Cross bay blvd. Also, the bagels are very small now.

This place used to be top notch, great bagels and had a delicious Mexican influence.. but it appears that has changed. Quality doesn’t appear to be as important. Maybe change in owners? No egg bagels, a bagel forgotten, and minimal schmear… disappointed because I feel like this was my last resort for a great bagel store in the area that doesn’t constantly make mistakes. Not sure if I would give it another try again.

Just down the road from a packed Not Just Bagels is Bagel Hut. Its a no-nonsense bagel store and deli. They had coffee on a fresh drip, bagels moving like lightning and coming out hot. While it didn't have fancier options like NJB or Bagel Box, it has everything you need for a good sandwich, cold cuts, some hot food, etc. I do not drink coffee but I saw they had a good setup. I had egg, chorizo, and provolone on a sesame. It was fresh and tasted good. Prices are low, appropriate for a mom and pop bagel shop.

I stopped in the other day & the girl behind the counter (i think her name was Maria if im not mistaken) was so pleasant & kind to me. She made my sandwich to perfection. It’s always so important to see a happy face when you walk into a business! Everything was a 10! Customer service was amazing & so was the food! This place will be new go to before work.

Absolutely delicious. Somewhat greasy. GrubHub app confusing however for this store. When I added home fries, I assumed I'd get a side order. However they put the home fries in your sandwich. Also, not many different choices of cheese. Overall good.
I’ve been a loyal customer here almost every Saturday for the past 4 years, but today was the last straw. I ordered a Healthy Man wrap, only to realize after biting into it that there was no avocado. I politely mentioned it, and the guy making it offered to redo it. Since I didn’t have time, I simply said it wasn’t cool. His response? He told me I should just go somewhere else and not come back.
Unbelievable. After years of supporting this place, that’s the way they treat customers? Rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional — and all of this happened in front of a store full of people. I’m done. Never coming back.

The taller girl working in the front needs an attitude adjustment. Nasty for no reason at all. And on top of that got my order wrong, can't follow simple direction. I've been coming here for a while and the quality of food has deteriorated. It's unfortunate.
