First time ordering from here since ownership changed hands. As others have noted, the food is different from when this used to be Bahnmigos and, in my case, it was all worse. The pho portion is still reasonably generous, and the broth is fine but not as aromatic and deep as it once was. Noodles are bad - didn't even finish mine. Texture of grainy mush. Maybe a bad batch? Don't order the katsu - chicken was almost rubbery; a very unappetizing texture.

Staff is still a delight, but the food quality has fallen off.

It's a very good place. The environment is very clean, the amount of food is sufficient, the service is very warm, and two plates of snacks are also given. I will often visit this store.

My first time ordering from them on grubhub tonight. It was pretty good.

the beef broth was some of the best I’ve ever had and I got a free seaweed salad. If I could, I’d go all the time

I used to order Pho from here all of the time and now it is different. I came on google to see if there was a change and saw the comment below that it’s new owners so it makes sense. I noticed a difference in the quantity of noodles and lack of chop sticks with my order and that’s what made me check on google.
It’s about $5 more per Pho. They do give a large portion of meat which is nice.

I do wish this business well, the pho is still good, but the ordering system is a little different too for building your pho as well.

This is no longer the original Banhmigos; it currently has a new owner with a new name. I usually get the pork banh mi and the shrimp summer rolls. Not only has the new owner raised the prices, but they have also reduced the quantity and quality of food. The summer rolls have become so thin, with less vermicelli; the peanut sauce is diluted; the banh mi is thinner and dry (you can't taste any spiciness for a medium spicy one); and the grilled pork used is different from what the previous owner used, hence the taste has drastically changed. Please bring back the original Banhmigos quality!

One of my very favorite and most frequented food spots on SI. Always love to get a traditional, grilled pork, or beef short rib banh mi. Great for grab and go or to sit down. I always recommend this place for fantastic and authentic Vietnamese. (And free bubble tea on your birthday. ;))

When I arrived this place had just opened and it was cold inside. , I made an order, the order was ready very quickly within five minutes, I ordered soup ? beef pho, the soup was not traditional but tasty, brought in a plastic disposable plate, the spoon was also small and plastic and it was not very convenient to eat it, I don’t know why they use this plastic usually the soup is served in traditional Vietnamese ceramic plates, and the spoon is also traditional, I like their spoons ? and here the plastic was not comfortable to eat because of this. wanted to change dishes… pho soup tasted like 5 stars delicious real… sprouted beans were fresh.. who likes real traditional pho you need to visit this place… inside is clean comfortable and cozy.. recommend to everyone . only one minus is this plastic dish ?Good was great! The atmosphere was really nice and Ian was a great . Suggested the wings, and I wasn't disappointed. Will go back again and try the ribs next time, and I think so no more plastic plates and spoons..
