i literally never write bad reviews but i ordered on uber eats and the whole order was inedible. firstly, they gave me jamaica instead of horchata and the drink was loosely wrapped in plastic wrap and placed in the same bag as the food. i ordered 3 food items and the drink had spilled into 2 of them. then, i opened the quesadilla and there was a feather in it?? everything was cold and the steak taco had like a teaspoon of meat in it. the only thing i tried was the tostada and the meat was cold and old. i ended up throwing everything away. worst delivery order ive ever gotten lol

The food is always great if you actually get what you ordered! I have ordered from here multiple times through Uber Eats and there is ALWAYS MISSING FOOD! NEVER FAILS! I know it's not the Uber driver because the food is packaged in a way that the driver can't steal any of the food. There shouldn't be any missing items on an order that has only 3 ITEMS! 3! Whoever packs up the Uber orders DO BETTER!

Terrible place to order from if you’re using uber eats or DoorDash they will have deals buy one get one free and not send the free they will carelessly forget utensils and sauces when you try to call them they pick up and then hang up or let it ring to voicemail so unprofessional just make it right for the customer how hard is that instead you will allow a bunch of terrible reviews also if you go to their “website” it’s not even their restaurant link

Placed through doordash after ordering several times with no problem. Ordered the spicy black bean nachos which come with several toppings like cheese, cilantro and tomatoes. They sent me plain chips and cup on beans. When I tried to call they hung up on me several times, I literally love their food I’ve ordered for the last two years but this is extremely disappointing

Do not go here unless you're only picking up food. Especially if you are a guy. The females inside are "workers". No matter the drink you buy for a girl, it's $25. Even for a corona. If you do go in for a drink, just pay for your own, cash only. Don't start a tab. Scammers run this place.

The octopus was very good yet on the other hand the coconut shrimp was over cooked,The steak was over cooked kinda dry ,they placed gratuity on your bill no matter what like your in NYC skylight's and prices were way to high for small portions of food the drinks were weak & also over priced I won't be going there again just leason learned for next time,waitress was annoying every second came over as if we were being rushed she had a attitude when she walked away which my friend mind u she got a VERY nice tip even for messing up then got charged for drinks we didn't even want, atmosphere is nice if you're going there to the bar area n appetizers that's it Ask what else they have because what you see online was never on the menu "Food for thought" waitress could have stated what was good,what is popular etc SMH very disappointed
