Great spot. Went there Saturday evening around 5pm, food was covered (I appreciate that) bc seems sanitary to me. Oxtail was finished :-( but got the curry goat with rice n peas with plantains…baybeeee the gentleman served me up nice. He was patient. Aunty was in the back and came up front to help serve. The most delicious meal I ate in NYC hands down. Wow what a meal this was. Rice and beans, curry chicken, plantain, Mac and cheese and oxtails with gravy are the dishes to try. Unfortunately the area is a little rough so be mindful if you’re a tourist coming from the Ferry station. But it is well worth it. And the price cannot be beaten for such generous portions

I was nearby and decided to Google a Jamaican restaurant. Holland Bay did not disappoint. Right now, they are only doing take out but that's totally fine because it's a small place anyway.
