Quite lil place great folks. Been coming for about a year with my community kids they always do right by us. I came in after a month away and forget the daily special but Big Al told the girls give it to him he’s a regular with the kids. This why we will be customers for life great guy. Thx big Al

I’ve ordered from here bc it’s close to my job and the food was always lacking. Either tasted bad AND small portions or wrong toppings AND tough crust. Then one night I went inside and it’s absolutely disgusting.

Ordered the family deal on Saturday for 35.00 and it was absolutely delicious. We are a family of four and it was perfect for us. You get a tray of pasta, an entree tray, a tray of salad, a full loaf of garlic bread and a 2 liter of soda. Unbelievable value for the current times that we live in. They also threw in a couple dessert pastries on the arm which was a nice treat 👍🏻. We will definitely be returning to Big Al’s in the future. One more thing I forgot to mention is that they packed everything wonderfully for the ride home with everything tight and secure. Just a great overall experience for our 1st order and looking forward to many more

The place is old and looks dirty. I ordered the 4 heroes for $25 and it was all bread. The eggplant parm hero had very little cheese and 2 slices of eggplant. Do not recommend

Salad pizza always comes with sauce on the side Ordered from them for 16 years they’ve been decent until now I get salad pie from them they forget the dressing I call and tell them what happened and they hung up I call back ask for manager they say there’s nothing they can do at all 16 years and this is my last time! On god!

I specifically chose “18 inch” pizza which was 4$ extra than standard large pizza. They sent an 18 inch box with a tiny 15 inch pizza inside. The toppings were good but the crust was tough and hard to bite. We just took the toppings off. The calamari was rings only (just incase that matters to you) and the breading was all over the pan separate from the calamari ring. They’ve been in business forever I’m shocked by how they messed up such basic things. I used slice app bc they prefer we use that app— then they refused to refund me the 4$ for the 18 inch upsize I didn’t receive despite a phone call to them from slice. They obviously don’t care about their customers. The food was made with no love or care.

I ordered a special of chicken parm and baked ziti along with a chicken Caesar wrap. I did not receive my chicken Caesar wrap at all. The chicken parm in the tray was about half empty. Might as well put it in a small tray. I’m really pissed off about the Caesar wrap not being delivered. I only found out the next day because my husband unpacked everything the night before and had no idea what I ordered
Ordered a chicken roll without cheese and asked for peppers and onions instead, roll was large and delicious. Ordered spinach roll with small amount of cheese was great and good size. I have ordered specials from them and have not been disappointed. All the girls behind the counter are very nice.

Just ordered at 545 took till 730 food undercooked straight trash food never again my guys watch out they do it all the time unprofessional time to pack it up just like the time with candy water in the pizza from the hurricane and you got caught the only real reviews are the bad ones good pizza yeah ok
