I came in for buy one, get one soft serve and had some changes I wanted to make to my sundaes, associate Jocelyn was THE BEST at accommodating. It is difficult to come across outstanding customer service now a days especially when making changes to orders but Jocelyn had such an upbeat, positive attitude the whole time while she serviced me with a smile on her face which made me want...

My son loves to go to Carvel weekly because of their Wednesday, BOGO on soft serve ice cream. Our favorite is the strawberry shortcake dasher. No complaints other than the crunchies (sold separately) are priced considerably high for the amount you get. Overall, we love Carvel and will most likely go there forever! The staff is pretty nice as well. No complaints.
