Before walking into carvel, I had hurt my finger and was in need of a bandaid. I ended up asking the worker and he looked very concerned for me. He ended up taking out a first aid kit and put the bandaid on me with a healing jelly thingy. He didn’t have too, but he did. I think that shows how much he cares about his customers. The sundae was 10/10 as well! 🍨😋

Delicious Oreo Ice cream cake made fresh for my sons birthday. I had called and asked if they had any Oreo cakes left and they hadn’t but the owner offered to make it fresh with only needing 3 hours to be ready for pick up. Thank you so much!!! Hey if you don’t ask, you’ll never know. Now I know!

Went in because I had a buy one sundae get one free coupon from my email, showed the girls working and they responded "ooh I don't know about that i have to see" asked her boss he comes out and I show him, he says ooh you have to print it you could of used phot shop, and says I'll do it this time, point is this guy was a cheap skate had a face on about it,nobody's got time to photo shop no dam coupon, like dude get over yourself it's ice cream, location sucks.
Omg they are the nicest ppl in there, their ice cream ? is awesome , I also had them make a custom ice cream cake that came out on point chocolate on chocolate crunchies and chocolate ganache

Took my daughter there after school. Place was clean. Not too many flavor choices. Only 4 seats. A few pre-made ice cream cakes. Not the Carvel of old. That being said the prices were fair and the young lady behind the counter was very patient and helpful with my daughter. 2 stars for the establishment. 4 stars to the young lady for her treatment of my daughter. Thank you.
