extensive menu and great atmosphere; was very excited to see they had bahn bo hue on the menu. the portion size was quite large and they gave me a decent serving of meat as well. I think the soup itself could have been a little bit better but overall very good, would love to try the bun rieu
The service is very friendly and quick, where the ambiance is very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, which you can see in the video. The pork belly with egg was very tender and flavorful, with a delicate balance between its savoriness and sweetness without it being overpowering.
